Job Summary As a Data Scientist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in producing reputed company by applying superior analytics and data science techniques to drive internal and external decision-making. You'll work closely with the Clinical Trial team to provide actionable insights from real-world data, clinical trials, and other sources. Your expertise will help shape our analytics strategy, inform business decisions, and drive the development of innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain standardized, analysis-ready patient cohorts from in-house data sources or certified systems, and interpret results to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights from real-world data, clinical trials, and other sources to support biopharmaceutical reputed company and clinical trial requests
- Design, reputed company, and maintain integrated data lakes for future analysis and broader team consumption

- Build dashboards, analytics, and reports for internal and external consumption
- Conduct due diligence on new real-world data sources and power RWD quality assessments to inform investment decisions
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in a quantitative or computational field
- At least 4 years of experience in a quantitative or computational role
- 4 years of experience in R, Python, or SQL
- Experience in designing and executing robust and reproducible statistical analyses in the context of epidemiology and observational studies with healthcare data
- Knowledge of common statistical testing techniques, including generalized linear models, classification and discrimination, decision trees, unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis
- Experience processing large data from diverse data sources
- Experience handling protected patient health information
- Knowledge of at least one Business Intelligence (BI) tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, or Spotfire
Preferred Qualifications

- A Ph.D. or Master's degree in data/biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or a reputed company field

- Knowledge of clinical data standards, medical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
- Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and/or regulatory compliance guidelines for real-world evidence research or clinical trials
- Experience working with alternative data sources and alternative methods of clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and/or solutions
- Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics
- Understanding of data and systems learning techniques, with the ability to maintain self-learning of technical and non-technical skills
