Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Research, Business Administration, or Computer Science (completed and verified prior to start) Ten (10) years of combined experience in Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Business Operations across private, public, government, or military environments. Five (5) years of people leadership experience, with proven ability to reputed company, motivate, and reputed company diverse teams. Seven (7) years of hands-on experience with network optimization tools such as Llamasoft, Optilogic, or equivalent platforms. Four (4) years of experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, reputed company, SQL, or similar. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master’s degree preferred. Professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, SC Pro, or APICS.
