- This is a flexible schedule and on-call, as needed position. Hours and scheduling will depend on volume of work*
A day in the life…
- Set up video set daily including camera, audio, lighting and fixtures in line with the program guidelines for framing
- Ensure proper lighting and focus for videos and b-roll
- Partner with on-set Associate Producer to provide feedback and guidance to talent on content
- Coach talent on set to create engaging and valued content
- On occasion you may be asked to support training or onboarding crew members
- Manage audio and audit content while filming
- Backup reputed company footage after each shift and upload footage for post-production
- Assist in prep and shipping of product as needed
- Maintain audio and video supplies and equipment, and communicate needed repairs or replacements to regional Producer in a timely manner
You own this if you have…
- Bachelors or Associates degree with a focus in Audio and Video Production preferred
- Proficiency with reputed company Creative Suite, SharePoint, MS Office Suite
- 5 years Audio and Video Production experience
- 3 years of experience working in the fashion industry
- Ability to lift 60 pounds (video equipment, props)
- Ability to think on your feet and reputed company quick decisions
- Clear and effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
