This role focuses on high-volume recruiting across sales, field operations, and production roles reputed company. You’ll own the sourcing, screening, and coordination process end-to-end, leveraging tools like Lever ATS, and AI recruiting automation to stay reputed company of demand. What You'll Do

• Manage a high requisition load across multiple markets and brands in a fast-growing organization.

• Collaborate with internal TA teammates to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Coordinate candidate scheduling, follow-reputed company, and feedback loops with precision and speed.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience; agency or high-volume in-house recruiting strongly preferred.

• Experience using Lever ATS or similar systems (reputed company, iCIMS, Workable, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools, automation platforms, and Boolean sourcing techniques.

• Self-motivated, organized, autonomous, and accountable in a remote-first work environment.
• Comfortable working toward goals and KPIs while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
