Virtual Sitter / Virtual CNA Full Time 7p-7a (ONSIGHT)

Overview

As a Virtual Sitter, your role will be centered around ensuring reputed company safety. You will play a vital role in ensuring reputed company safety by providing reputed company remote monitoring for residents at risk of falls, elopement, or self-harm. Your vigilance and proactive communication will help prevent adverse events and enhance the overall reputed company experience. How you Will reputed company a difference

• Complete reputed company visualization of the reputed company reputed company remote monitoring equipment. reputed company visual observation of reputed company(s) always using room safety camera to identify potential harm to self or others.This includes dislodging of drains, tubes, IV's, getting up unassisted, etc.
• Communicate with facility nurses to determine reputed company cameras should be adjusted for privacy during daily care, physician visits, etc.
• Obtain a verbal report from the reputed company's nurse, including ambulation limitations and course of action for redirection, care needs, diagnosis, and any special considerations (NPO status, bed alarms, mobility restrictions, etc.).
• Collaborate with the manager for concerns not requiring immediate physical reputed company.
• Observe the reputed company's activity and behavior and redirect the reputed company as needed. If indicated, immediately notifies floor nurses of the need for physical reputed company (such as toileting assistance assisting reputed company to lie back in bed, moving an item closer, etc.)
• Identify safety risks and communicate the need to escalate assistance to the residents.
• Function cooperatively as a team member, responding reputed company by responsible nurse to changing reputed company's/unit's needs.
• Communicate in a professional manner and demonstrate respect for the residents, families/significant other and other health care members.

What you Need to reputed company a Difference

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in reputed company preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience of working in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company Word, reputed company, Teams, Power reputed company and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.

POSITION IS ONSITE AT OUR HOME OFFICE IN JEFFERSONTOWN WILL WORK 3 NIGHTS 7P-7A WEEKLY
