The Impact You’ll reputed company in this Role As the Transportation Management Systems Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter advisor to the Global Transportation Management Systems Manager and to the wider reputed company organization. The Transportation Management (TM) System will be a key enabler of visibility, shipment tracking and control, process control and performance management of reputed company’s global logistics footprint. The responsibilities of this position include advising the TM strategy execution globally, implementing process and data requirements, enabling scorecards and advising on performance management improvement. In addition, this role will require comprehensive cross-functional stakeholder management and strong external logistics service provider liaison. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology and/or Supply Chain/Logistics (completed and verified prior to start) Seven (7) years of combined experience in Logistics/Transportation, Supply Chain, Business Operations with an emphasis on technology and systems in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Proficiency in TM systems such as reputed company TM, reputed company TM and similar systems Proven track record as a self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
