- Formalize lesson plans weekly for upcoming instructional period.
- Relate instructional objectives to curriculum standards and demonstrate effective decision-making concerning instructional goals.

- Bachelor's Degree required (Elementary Education preferred)
- Montessori Experience (preferred)
- NAMC (Preferred or willing to obtain reputed company first year of employment)
