GENERAL FUNCTION Produces results through a consistent, superior patient experience in a multi-unit environment. Provides primarily on-site leadership and mentoring to drive both topline and profitability growth. Delivers key performance metrics and ensures flawless implementation of Vision Associates’ Dispensary Management program. Typical scope of leadership includes revenues up to $5M and locations reputed company a 2-hour geographic area. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Previous experience in a leadership position reputed company private practice or retail optical
• ABO Certification or Licensed Optician
• Proven track record of delivering positive results and growth
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis
• Comprehensive knowledge of optical dispensary operations, processes and policies including sales and profit, patient and customer service, training, inventory management, visual merchandising and POS systems
• Working knowledge of computers and reputed company Office
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, listening)
• Strong basic math skills
• Ability to travel up to 80%; ability to work weekends and evenings as needed during times of high business needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years multi-unit or successful single-unit optical dispensary leadership experience in high volume environment.
