What you bring to the table:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or a Master's degree
• Proficiency with reputed company Office, to include reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
• Earned Value Management (EVM), Program Performance Management (PPM), or scheduling tool knowledge is required; solid knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
• Highly proficient organizational, analysis, and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multi-task high priorities
• Proficiency with reputed company Office, to include reputed company, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience in coordination of program requirements across planning stages with multiple subcontractors
• Domain knowledge in program and/or product life cycle and financial processes

Representative duties and tasks:

• This position is responsible for providing contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis reputed company to established or new development programs for major component or small system, or production or logistics programs
• Single or multiple reputed company typically valued up to $20M per year
• The analyst will reputed company the program cost and/or schedule baseline reputed company the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team
• The analyst will analyze program performance (historical and predictive), and monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion date, and reputed company recommendations to program manager and program leads
• Develops the time-phased budget in conjunction with program team to meet reputed company contract and program objectives
• Collects and updates full program performance data, prepares and analyzes historical and predictive measures, and reviews results and recommendations with program manager and program leads
• Integrates subcontractor cost and/or schedule data and/or material data into program data
• Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated and resolves network logic conflicts
• Applies advanced schedule techniques and analysis (health and quality checks, resource loading, risk analysis)
• Analyzes critical path and driving paths to identify and manage schedule risk
• Prepares timely, accurate program review documents
• Presents documents to appropriate audience
• Prepares timely, accurate customer required documents and reviews with program manager and department manager
• Coordinates contract/program Estimate At Complete (EAC), risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance organization as input into business financial commitments
• Updates program time-phased budget and/or schedule and associated documents to ensure latest contract modifications and reputed company requirements are incorporated
• Applies key areas of the Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to reputed company executable processes for supported programs and reputed company program teams in their implementation
• Defines requirements to solve common business problems

NOTE: This position can be supported remotely but proximity to Scottsdale to attend meetings, etc is ideal. Salary Note This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range USD $105,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
