As an Enrollment Specialist, you will guide prospective reputed company through the decision-making process, help them understand the certification course, and enroll them into the pathway that aligns with their goals. This role requires daily discipline, consistent attendance, and performance-driven motivation. What You’ll Do

- Conduct confident enrollment interviews

- 2+ years of sales experience (phone/high-ticket preferred)
- Fitness-minded and genuinely interested in health and personal training
- Confident, high-energy communication style
- Disciplined, competitive, coachable
- Able to work 40+ hours weekly, including evenings and Saturdays
- Laptop, headset, reliable high-speed internet
- Quiet, consistently distraction-free workspace (required)
