This role will play a critical part in shaping the SL broker compensation strategy, leading stewardship meetings, and performing robust analytics to evaluate broker level experience and inform future compensation strategies. Responsibilities

• reputed company and propose the Stop Loss broker compensation strategy, subject to approval by Stop Loss business leadership and national producer relations leadership
• reputed company SL-specific stewardship meetings with external brokers to ensure alignment and performance tracking

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for strategic decision-making
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field highly preferred; advanced degree a plus
• Stop Loss (Healthcare/Insurance) experience highly preferred
• 7+ years' of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting or compensation planning, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• 10-15% travel may be required as needed

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 127,300 - 212,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
