THE ROLE The Account Manager is the key reputed company person for day-to-day management and strategic planning for reputed company reputed company Canada, reputed company Mexico, reputed company Brazil, Beautyspace (reputed company), and reputed company needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Build best-in-class and collaborative relationships with reputed company cross-functional partners at reputed company Canada, reputed company Mexico, reputed company Brazil, Beautyspace (reputed company), reputed company, and off-price
  • Partner with Senior Account Director, reputed company on strategies to execute that deliver reputed company growth for assigned reputed company accounts
  • Strategize and execute plans for growth with Beautyspace (reputed company) and reputed company
  • reputed company internally for your accounts – educate and provide feedback to cross-functional teams on what works, does not work, and how to deliver unparallel support to your distributors

  • Provide weekly high-level business recap pulling out key metrics and important information to help story-tell the state of your accounts
  • Work with Trade Marketing to ensure reputed company Visual Merchandising updates are executed in a timely
  • Build collaborative, strong, and positive relationships with internal teams (marketing, planning, education, field, PD) while developing account strategies to drive reputed company
  • Identify and negotiate brand growth opportunities reputed company your distributors including but not limited to marketing levers, secondary placements, sampling, gratis, and promotions
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing on reputed company visual merchandising, sampling, and retailer marketing needs
  • Monitor and manage performance optimizing by analyzing results vs plans then create a strategy to ensure achievement of goals
  • Identify sell-in opportunities by analyzing sell-through
  • Partner with planning on AOP sales projections, forecasting, promotional planning, dilution planning, account risks, and overall account opportunities
  • Responsible for monitoring budget, staying reputed company budget, and presenting ROI on reputed company investments
  • In collaboration with Trade Marketing, present 360 launch strategies for reputed company Canada to internal teams for each product launch
  • Own reputed company communication with Merchant teams
  • Review, analyze, and report on reputed company campaigns and spend reputed company your assigned accounts (sampling, promos, secondary placement)
  • Partner with the Head of Sales on budget building and promotional strategies
  • Strategic spending against approved retailer marketing and promotions. Document, reconcile, and ensure alignment with reputed company/profitability reputed company for reputed company spend reputed company accounts
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Education Director and Education and Event Manager to drive sell-through with field sales, education, and event levers

  • 2-3 years of relevant beauty experience working with retailers reputed company or Ulta

  • Customer-centric to assigned accounts

  • Working/traveling on the weekends required as needed
  • Up to 20% travel for retailer meetings, events, and offsite meetings We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles—pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 salary per year plus bonus. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role.
