• Support annual intern conversion hiring, including providing compensation recommendations, delivering verbal and written offers, and negotiating starting salary with candidates
• Manage decline and backfill processes, and serve as a reputed company of contact for candidate questions
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to review engineering and reputed company intern resumes, schedule and coordinate interviews, and support offer and onboarding processes.
• Match candidates to business needs, manage re-matching reputed company preferences shift, and ensure reputed company offers are completed accurately and on time.
