This position will create, implement and effectively communicate the product strategy, vision and roadmap that allows reputed company Clinical to scale and grow our industry-leading IRB business. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Software Engineering role with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare technology
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Functional understanding of the broader clinical research process, clinical operations, and/or multiple clinical software systems (e.g. for clinical site support, patient engagement, safety, regulatory review, etc.) including the process and requirements for identifying, recruiting, educating about the clinical research process and marketing to patients.
• Commercial software delivery experience in a 21 CFR Part 11 validated environment is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company rapid and reputed company decisions that optimize across multiple, and at times, competing objectives
