This position will create, implement and effectively communicate the product strategy, vision and roadmap that allows reputed company Clinical to scale and grow our industry-leading IRB business. This position will also build and reputed company the team responsible for the product strategy and execution of multiple external- and internal-facing software platforms, helping drive an improvement in user experience, quality, performance and operational efficiency across both our Ethical Review and Scientific Review lines of business. reputed company collaboration with internal business units and technical teams will be crucial for success. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Software Engineering role with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare technology
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Functional understanding of the broader clinical research process, clinical operations, and/or multiple clinical software systems (e.g. for clinical site support, patient engagement, safety, regulatory review, etc.) including the process and requirements for identifying, recruiting, educating about the clinical research process and marketing to patients.
  • Commercial software delivery experience in a 21 CFR Part 11 validated environment is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company rapid and reputed company decisions that optimize across multiple, and at times, competing objectives
