DESCRIPTION Works under supervision to provide claims service to customers using multiple communication channels. Evaluates initial claims for completeness, processes payments and contacts the customer to explain settlements. Escalates problems to resolve any coverage issues or damage disputes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Processes payments for low to moderately reputed company claims. Collaborates with internal resources to facilitate claims resolution. Contributes to business goals, performance metrics, and effectively uses tools & technology. Supports workload surges and/or catastrophe operations as needed to include working significant overtime during designated catastrophe events. Acquires and applies basic knowledge of claims insurance industry products, services, and processes to include insurance policy reputed company and coverage's and how they reputed company the status of the claim. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED. Computer literate in a Windows operating environment. This position will require an Insurance Adjuster's license. You must pass a licensing exam reputed company a designated number of attempts and can become licensed in reputed company applicable states. Allcat will provide the study and training environment to assist you with the licensing exam. Strong customer service, communication, organizational skills. Ability to work with routine and/or repetitive activities but also be reputed company to disruption and change. Prior claims adjusting experience. Prior customer service experience. Experience using XactAnalysis and Xactimate. Active adjuster’s License. Prior military experience. TRAINING Licensing. You must obtain your license reputed company 3 testing attempts (paid for by Allcat). Property & Casualty insurance industry products and services. Claims processes, systems and technology. Employees attending training are expected to meet Allcat’s established standards for performance, attendance and conduct. Employees must complete reputed company training.
