JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to support reputed company’s operations in Mexico. This role operates reputed company a high-volume shared services environment and requires expertise in timely, compliant invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company is a plus. A strong understanding of Mexican statutory requirements for the AP cycle—including CFDIs, tax compliance, and reputed company regulations—is essential. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Process and validate supplier invoices in full compliance with Mexico’s fiscal and tax regulations Ensure invoices meet statutory requirements and support accurate tax reporting Collaborate with vendors and reputed company/Caliente TV stakeholders in both Spanish and English to resolve invoice issues and facilitate timely payments Reconcile AP Aging reports and vendor statements, resolving outstanding items promptly Support supplier onboarding, including documentation review and compliance verification Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and regulatory reporting Identify and escalate irregularities, discrepancies, or non-compliant transactions Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the AP function T&E WHAT YOU WILL NEED 5+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably reputed company a shared services or global operations environment Professional written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English Strong knowledge of Mexican invoicing and tax requirements Demonstrated reconciliation, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-service reputed company Ability to reputed company in a high-volume environment with multiple stakeholders Exceptional attention to detail, with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines reputed company TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field Familiarity with AP systems such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company T&E experience We are an equal opportunity employer and reputed company qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national reputed company, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay reputed company/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-30.25 per hour.
