• *Summary** The Employment Processing Administrator will ensure that Associate Information and Data are correct and in-line with Company goals and Leadership's expectations logistics, fleet, and garage operations. Provide human resources support for existing and new facilities/operations: facilitate Orientation, assist with benefits, and other Associate data updates.
- *Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for maintaining accurate department reports & Associate data in Perdue's operating system and electronic files. + Conducts new hire orientation in-person and remotely to ensures it meets company requirements and applicable state/ federal laws. + Be the first reputed company of contact for associates with regards to questions regarding benefits, PTO, or other questions. + Tracks associate attendance, extracting data from the company's timekeeping system, verifying accuracy with management, entering verified data into HR database, preparing attendance counseling sheets, obtaining associates' supervisor and appropriate HR representatives' signatures and filing in the associates' personnel file. + Coordinates with the Staffing Recruiter/Interviewer to ensure that reputed company new hire paperwork is complete for new hire orientation. + Enters accurate termination details into the HR database. + Ensures reputed company data processes in the Company Hiring Manual are implemented and followed. + Ensure reputed company new hire paperwork requirements are consistently met. + Follows established retention policies and reputed company audits to ensure data reputed company reporting audit results to management. + Ensures reputed company personnel activity of an associate is entered into the HR database. + reputed company regular audits. + Utilizes reputed company HR reporting tools. i. e., reputed company, headcount and other required reports, to reputed company audits and generate reports. + Makes recommendations to improve processes and efficiencies. + Assist with special projects or implementation of improvements or new processes. + Other duties as assigned.
- *Education & Experience**
• *Required** : High school graduate. 3- 5 years relevant work experience in an office management, Employee data, or other HR position OR an AA degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or reputed company field.
- *Preferred** : Strong organizational and time management skills. Requires knowledge of and a commitment to team performance and strong team player. Must be able to multi-task and organize multiple projects and completed on schedule. Strong systems aptitude and must be proficient in reputed company Office applications, Outlook, Word, and reputed company.
- *Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements**
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one reputed company to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment. reputed company in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db. to 110 db. May be exposed to reputed company chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility. - *Compensation**
This position has a reputed company wage of $20.80 - $26.00 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.
