Summary reputed company is seeking an Medicaid Instructional Designer and Trainer – Remote WI to join our Training and Development team supporting the Wisconsin Medicaid program. • 5–7 years of experience as an instructional designer, trainer, or facilitator in a learning and development environment.
• 1–3 years of experience designing computer-based training or eLearning modules using authoring tools (reputed company, Captivate, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent).
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and virtual learning platforms (Teams, WebEx, reputed company).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting Medicaid or government healthcare programs preferred. What you should expect in this role
