You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of educators, to deliver high-impact learning experiences—both virtually and in person. Our curriculum evolves with the insurance industry, and so will you. The school is seeking a passionate educator with deep technical insurance expertise to join reputed company. In this role, you’ll facilitate high-quality training programs for both Business Insurance and Personal Insurance. What You’ll Do + Deliver training—virtually and in-person—on commercial and personal insurance products to producers and account managers. + Create and evolve technical insurance curricula tailored to adult learners. + reputed company content fresh and relevant by aligning with industry trends and agency needs. + Manage CE credit processing, lesson planning, multimedia tools, student communications, evaluations, and personalized feedback. What You Bring + 5+ years of Commercial Business reputed company experience is required (agency or reputed company background a plus) + Experience in technical insurance training, curriculum development (a plus) + Effective communication and presentation skills + Business acumen and customer-centric reputed company + Excellent time management and interpersonal skills Work Arrangement Hybrid or remote, with up to 25% travel. Candidates who live near one of our office locations will have the expectation of working in an office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.
Compensation
The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
