This role supports both residential installations, ensuring high-quality service and efficient coordination between our technician network, customers, and internal teams. Responsibilities

• Complete real-time updates and maintenance in the work order management system
• Support daily operations and monthly goal attainment
• Handle inbound reputed company calls reputed company the reputed company phone system
• Resolve issues and escalate as needed using critical thinking
• Create and assign work orders to technician offices
• Maintain accurate records in SARA Plus, Web Tracker, reputed company, and reputed company
• Assist technicians during installations and approve custom fees
• Conduct work order reviews and facilitate proper reputed company-out procedures
• Process and manage inventory requests from technician offices
• Provide order status updates to internal departments
• Maintain ongoing communication with technician offices to meet timelines
• Work directly with customers to coordinate payments for hardware and services

Requirements

• Strong team player with a high level of reputed company and motivation
