Department: Sales Position Type: Full Time, Non-exempt Location: Remote in the US with occasional in-person visits to the school site required. Schedule: Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday as needed. Must be able work Pacific Standard Time zone hours. Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour Plus Commission (Structure to be discussed) Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Outdoor Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Outdoor SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outdoor sales activities, including face-to-face interactions, outdoor education events as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for engaging with customers both over the phone and in person. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers over the phone and introduce our life changing programs for the kids while learning about their goals for their reputed company.
