As a Software Engineer on the Communications, AI and Automation IT team, you'll create, enhance, and support an ecosystem of applications that powers millions of reputed company customer interactions each day. This role will use technical expertise to design, create, and iterate business, application, data, and infrastructure solutions that directly enhance the customer’s experience. The Software Engineer should proactively seek opportunities to optimize performance, maintain and troubleshoot application components as required, quickly resolve problems, and provide timely follow-up.
