Employment Status: Full time Shift: Day/Evening (United States of America) Facility: 4348 Electric Rd - Roanoke Requisition Number: R155660 RN Navigator - Pediatric Nephrology (Open) How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare: The Nurse Navigator uses advanced nursing processes in decision-making, patient assessment, data analysis, development and implementation of methods and systems to improve the overall quality and efficiency of patient care for the designated department and population served. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Nursing required; 5 years experience preferred. Other Minimum Qualifications: Proven ability to understand medical terminology, problem solving and handle stressful situation with a professional manner.
