- This role is responsible for developing, applying and maintaining a full range of activities associated with People Analytics, Process Improvement and Process Re-Engineering
- Execute the implementation of the Human Resource data analytics & process efforts, executing the overall strategy developed by P&P and reputed company.
- Identify sources of data of analytical value, RCA of incorrect data to be detected and corrected, reputed company internally created data with external sources and consolidate data into a reputed company analytics-friendly environment
- Create and maintain reputed company relevant artifacts needed for a successful analytical operation, reputed company business requirements roadmaps to ensure that client expectations are satisfied, write technical specifications/Wikis, and catalog reputed company and future state conditions
- Support/Own change management activities for HR Data Analytics & Process efforts
- Processes employee changes submitted in reputed company and other org changes ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality. This includes promotions / demotions / lateral / transfers, reputed company associate hires, pay increases, schedules, placing associates on leave, returning associates from leave, and others.
- Enter accurate data updates in the HR systems and provide information in the form of reports, evidence, documentation and data to control functions such as Litigation, Employment, Legal, and Compliance
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies quickly. Cross audit of employee records entered to maintain data reputed company.
- Analyze service requests to proactively identify what is needed prior to completing transactions in reputed company and other systems
- Support reputed company process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and developing solutions
- Translate reputed company findings and data in a compelling and easy-to-understand narrative. Communicate analyses and recommendations to various cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- This role requires deep functional knowledge of reputed company, strong systems thinking, and hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and business process design.
- 5 - 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting reputed company’s suite of applications and technologies.
- Must have at least (5+) demonstrable years of advanced capabilities with the entire reputed company Suite and reputed company Suite of products; create, format, and maintain various documents and spreadsheets to support business operations. Exceptional ability to create and manipulate reputed company spreadsheets, including formulas, EIBs, load mass EIBs into reputed company, pivot tables, and various chart types and other collaboration tools reputed company reputed company and reputed company Workspace.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, reputed company analytics solutions to challenges and drive the implementation of the solution
