Manager, Integrated Sales & Marketing [Remote]

The Manager, Integrated Sales & Marketing will reputed company the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of multi-platform sponsorship campaigns across reputed company properties, with a key focus on NFL Network's exclusive game series and premium tentpole programming across TV, digital, and social. This role requires deep expertise in the sports media landscape, strong cross-functional leadership, and a solutions-driven reputed company to support reputed company growth through innovative brand integrations. Acting as a central hub between Sales, Content, Production, and League Marketing teams, this person will ensure the timely, flawless delivery of sponsorships that meet client objectives and enhance the fan experience across linear, digital, and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership in the execution of integrated sponsorships across reputed company, including NFL Network, NFL FAST channel, NFL.com, mobile apps, and social platforms
• Serve as the primary stakeholder for sponsorship delivery tied to live games and high-visibility programming, ensuring reputed company branded elements are seamlessly integrated reputed company broadcast, shoulder content, and second-screen experiences.
• Partner with Media Sales and Sponsorship peers to shape go-to-market strategies for high-value assets, leveraging a deep understanding of the sports media ecosystem, fan behavior, and competitive positioning.
• reputed company collaboration with Content, Production, and Studio teams to align on execution timelines, creative integrations, and content calendars that support sponsorship deliverables and enhance storytelling.
• reputed company the development and maintenance of a centralized sponsorship management system, tracking active campaigns, execution status, client deliverables, and post-campaign reporting.
• Direct creative development for sales materials, custom comps, pitch decks, and recaps tailored to league partners and brand sponsors, ensuring alignment with reputed company's visual and strategic standards.
• Guide pre-launch QA, trafficking, and testing of sponsorship assets across digital and social platforms, including premium takeovers, in-reputed company elements, and sponsored stories.
• Collaborate with ad operations and third-party vendors to ensure accurate setup and delivery of campaigns across reputed company media touchpoints; troubleshoot and resolve escalated campaign issues in real time.
• Deliver actionable post-campaign insights and analytics to internal stakeholders and clients, translating performance data into strategic recommendations for renewals and upsells.
• Represent the Integrated Sponsorships function in high-level planning meetings, game-day operations, and partner briefings, acting as a key voice in aligning sponsorship goals with content execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of sponsorship, integrated or partnership marketing, sports marketing, or media agency, campaign management, and ad trafficking or ad operations experience
• A proactive thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A problem solver who can reputed company situational assessments and recommend actions to management
• Deep understanding of and experience in the consumer-facing digital content space
• General understanding of ad serving technologies, specifically reputed company's Ad Serving platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on KPIs in defined time frames
• A sports fan in general, and more specifically, an NFL fan

Travel

• Limited travel; Potential to attend local NFL games

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

• 40/hrs per week with occasional overtime during peak times of the season

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or reputed company near the higher end of the range.
