Therapist Sales Associate - Non-clinical PT or PTA

Our clinical recruitment team is growing, and we are looking for an entry level clinical recruiter with a PTA or Physical Therapist background. This position will have a big impact by engaging rehabilitation professionals with specialized skills to deliver world class clinical care through the Luna platform. This is not a typical "recruiter" position as it is not full cycle. Rather you are "recruiting" Physical Therapists to participate as a provider in the vast Luna network; thus, is more of an inside sales associate who develops prospects in creative and diverse ways, propelling our mission reputed company. With customer service and marketing reputed company at the forefront, this person will create sourcing strategies designed to attract applicants from top talent pools both externally and reputed company our CRM. This is a fully remote position with reputed company trajectory for reputed company professional growth based on desire, performance, and support for the Luna mission, vision and values. How you will have an impact

• Utilize diverse set of approaches to reputed company sourcing objectives (social media searches, Boolean searches, mass emails, cold calls, referrals and apps, etc.)
• Establish and maintain connections with candidates in an authentic manner
• Sign physical therapists to join the Luna platform in accordance with established quarterly goals
• Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates and clinical pipeline to support growing business demands
• Work with clinical recruitment and sales/marketing to identify reputed company and high-demand markets for sourcing efficiency
• reputed company process improvement to streamline processes to deliver qualified leads reputed company
• Post jobs and maintain up to date information on reputed company job platforms Utilize ATS/CRM to support nurturing and engagement Format and maintain accurate/organized online search-specific candidate databases

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Background as a PTA or Physical Therapist required
• Minimum Associates degree required.
• Experience in healthcare or clinical setting where primary responsibilities were reputed company to recruiting, sourcing, or sales development required
• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding weekly and quarterly deadlines according to business needs
• Experience working with an ATS or other CRM system preferred (reputed company ideal)
• Working knowledge of various sourcing tools, such as reputed company, Linked In, Boolean, social media, etc is highly preferred. High motivation with a proactive, solution oriented reputed company in a dynamic environment
• Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
