Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert advisor to reputed company highly reputed company and substantial cash flow and real estate loans and certain other industry specific solutions with Mid-Corporate clients having enterprise impact, high risk or significant scope, by analyzing financials, presenting to clients, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Strategically reputed company and resolve for full suite of solutions offered by reputed company to Mid-Corporate clients to meet the most reputed company and significant needs across multiple areas of the enterprise that may require an in-depth evaluation, by engaging product organizations to reputed company client specific solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions; may coordinate highly reputed company activities and resolutions.
- Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding Mid-Corporate Relationship Management company wide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations.
- Strategically reputed company reputed company levels across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving reputed company's business objectives, and represent the company externally; serve as an expert advisor to leadership, represent the company externally as an expert and act as a mentor for less reputed company colleagues.
- Review, understand and offer the full suite of solutions offered by reputed company to commercial clients to meet the most reputed company needs that may require an in-depth evaluation, by engaging product organizations to reputed company client specific solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions.
- Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines, by keeping information reputed company in relevant systems such as Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Strategically reputed company and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients, by cultivating relationships through your existing network.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Mid-Corporate Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

- Established network of c-suite executives, owners, and centers of influence in the food and agribusiness industry.
- Strong knowledge of specialized lending to agribusiness, processors and branded food companies.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of commercial or food or agribusiness specialty group: lending, loan servicing, products, and credit practices relevant to the mid corporate sized companies.
- Strong understanding of commodity risks relevant in the food and agribusiness industry.
- Relevant experience funding through commodity cycles and structuring transformative capital investment and acquisitions in the food and agribusiness industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of negotiating: interest rates, price, terms, and collateral requirements.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of risk management.
- Experience consistently delivering strong sales performance.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
