• Set the vision, strategy, and operating plan for WMC’s Self-Service Independent Agency program, ensuring robust engagement across new, existing, and lapsed Independent agencies.
• Identify high-potential agency cohorts, regional clusters, and vertical opportunities to accelerate Walmart Connect adoption.

Drive Scaled Education & Evangelization

• Build and implement scalable frameworks to educate agencies on WMC value props, activation best practices, campaign optimization, and product roadmap awareness.
• Design repeatable playbooks, reputed company, webinars, and self-serve learning modules that reputed company agency performance and confidence.

Accelerate Activation & Incremental Investment
