Responsibilities
- Review and approve medication orders by interpreting physician orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Verify that reputed company clinical, quality, and drug utilization reviews are correct.
- Handle incoming and outgoing prescription verifications.
- Communicate with prescribers to confirm dosing and administration details.
- Monitor drug therapies and identify/report adverse events and product complaints.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, potential reputed company effects, and strategies to minimize adverse events.
- Conduct additional reputed company and follow-up as required by regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on pharmacy laws and complete continuing education to maintain licensure.
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines and quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with call center and other program staff.

- Proficient with basic computer programs and multitasking capabilities. - Work Environment This is a remote role for an onsite, closed-reputed company, mail-order specialty pharmacy where high-cost and reputed company specialty drugs are shipped to patients' homes. Pharmacy hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 10 pm, with shifts potentially starting as early as 6 am. Candidates may be required to work weekends in the future based on business needs. Initial onboarding training lasts up to two and a half days, with program-specific training spanning approximately four weeks, scheduled from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. Candidates should be available for the entirety of the training period without planned time off. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lake Mary, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
