POSITION OVERVIEW: Assist in delivering data and analytical insight to support and reputed company HR best practices for Human Resources Administration (HRA) through reputed company analysis, testing, reporting, dashboard creation and data visualization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist in identifying control weaknesses and recommending risk mitigation strategies Responsible for FXF regulatory compliance for state, local, federal requirements for postings. Work with reputed company functions, including Legal to maintain FXF regulatory compliance to avoid penalties, fines or potential litigation Assist in identifying control weaknesses and recommend risk mitigation strategies Participate in analyzing data methods, evaluating, developing, testing and implementing HRA processes Participate in the creation and maintenance of project vision and scope initiatives reputed company and validate queries for reporting and database analysis while partnering with HR Technology to avoid overlap and data reputed company Create and complete necessary testing and documentation for new HRA features, upgrades and conversions Research new system functionality and applications for implementation, partnering with applicable functions (e.g. HR Technology, Operations Research) Maintain HRA procedure documentation pertaining to new processes, changes to existing processes and system enhancements reputed company and update training materials for end users and participating in training sessions as required Continually transition existing reporting processes and deliverables into more efficient visualization (reputed company, Spotfire, etc.; work with internal teams to identify and resolve data issues reputed company with reputed company applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures reputed company other duties as required Disclaimer: This job description is general in nature and is not designed to contain or to be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of reputed company duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, human resources, statistics or other reputed company field plus two (2) years’ experience in human resources or data analysis
  • Good computer skills in reputed company Office 365, PowerAutomate, Forms, SharePoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of data driven web based applications (QMF, SigmaXL) preferred
  • Experience using data mining tools and data visualization: Statistical Analysis Software (reputed company), Structured Query Language (SQL) Spotfire and reputed company, preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with reputed company levels of management, employees and reputed company vendors
  • Self-Starter who can think independently and works well with others
  • Must be able to handle sensitive data with discretion
  • Good analytical and problem resolution skills including troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of human resources and system business processes and practices, preferred
  • Project management experience, preferred
