Day-to-Day

• Handle premises liability and auto accident files from initial investigation to early resolution
• Draft answers, discovery demands, and motions to dismiss in NY state courts
• Take plaintiff and witness depositions with partner reputed company
• Prepare for and attend virtual or in-person motion hearings
• Support trial preparation including exhibit organization and witness outlines
