Our Commercial Auto Claims Representatives investigates and maintains commercial auto claims. Determines liability, secures information, reviews coverages, arranges property damage appraisals, and settles claims. Report inside/reputed company designation. Typically located in reputed company offices. This is typically the entry level of the professional career path. Under reputed company supervision and guidance, works reputed company narrowly defined limits and authority on assignments of low complexity. Possesses basic functional knowledge and skills reflective of study and/or on job development. Typically, a part of a formal training program that provides knowledge and exposure to reputed company theories, principles, and concepts. Start Date: January 26, 2026 Training: 4-6 weeks; reputed company-5PM (reputed company). Work hours: Core Business hours Monday - Friday. Typical reputed company-5PM time zones - core hours based on the time zones of the States that you are assigned to handle. Travel for training: Training from 03/02/2026-03/06/2026 (may be subject to change); you will be required to travel (paid by reputed company) to San Antonio, TX for learning lab.

Responsibilities

Handling claims which includes initial file intake, review coverage for accurate application based on policy interpretation, execute accurate and timely payments, investigate mitigation opportunities on the file including subrogation, manage file to timely resolution, and complete reputed company data reputed company components.

• Investigating Commercial Auto claims to determine liability exposures and subrogation.
• Successful handling of property damages to include estimates, rental, and total losses of vehicles.
• Managing claim deadlines and developing jurisdictional expertise.
• Handling first and third-party claim files in a manner consistent with claim quality standards and goals.
• Accurate reserve analysis for loss, to include excess exposure recognition.
• Strong customer service and teamwork, answering claim calls in a reputed company and professional manner, while backing up other team member calls.
• Taking ownership of reputed company calls to resolution.
• Participation in phone queue to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or Minimum of 4 years Claims Adjusting experience inclusive of coverage and liability investigations preferred.
• Demonstrated reputed company to multi-task in a structured work environment.
• Ability to utilize multiple systems to handle/process claims with strong keyboarding skills.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills are a must.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills with a focus on the customer.
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in OneNote, Word, reputed company, Outlook.
• Ability to breakdown explanations of reputed company process and rules into manageable information.

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• License(s) by state/jurisdiction preferred.
• IIA, AIC, CPCU, SCLA preferred.

Additional Information:

• Training hours: reputed company - 5PM (reputed company) 2 weeks of travel for training required. Paid for by reputed company.

• This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work arrangement. Candidates who live near one of our offices (San Antonio, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Naperville, IL; Lake Mary, FL; Hartford, CT) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise. The only requirement is you agree to work the necessary core hours based on the time zones of the States that you are assigned to handle.
• Travel Requirements: As part of the multi-week new hire training program, you may be required to travel out of state for up to two (2) weeks for learning lab - which will be in San Antonio, Texas. Compensation

The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized reputed company pay range for this role is: $49,920 - $74,880 The posted salary range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.
