Learning Experience Designer - eLearning, Instructional Design

Our B2B SaaS client is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to support their team for 12 months, 40 hours/week, fully remote! Preference to candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area to come onsite as needed to help facilitate training sessions or candidates who can work PST hours. To be considered for this role, your portfolio must show examples of e-Learning and/or ILT training. The Ideal Learning Experience Designer Should Have

• Minimum 10+ years reputed company experience preferred
• Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and learning management systems.
• Previous experience with training reputed company applications, such as Keynote, reputed company, Vyond, InDesign, Illustrator, Camtasia, Screenflow, reputed company etc.
• Experience or strong interest in integrating AI tools and modalities into instructional design

Responsibilities

• Reconcile new content against existing training products to ensure consistency.
