Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our reputed company, parents, and staff. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and care. This is a full-time remote position, and you'll work closely with our Directors to reputed company and implement office systems and procedures, manage our calendar and client schedules, and support our sales and production teams.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Proficient in using IOS, Windows, MS Office Suite, and G-Suites, with experience working in an educational institution a plus.
- Excellent business etiquette and follow-up procedures, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
