Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the reputed company line of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while reputed company and accurately submitting their meal orders. You'll work closely with our clients, case managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders

• Address questions, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
• Document reputed company conversations with clients into our client information database
• Ensure reputed company assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
• Contact case managers reputed company telephone, email, and/or fax reputed company a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
• Work quickly and reputed company without making the client feel rushed
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school degree or GED

• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Previous knowledge and experience using the reputed company Office suite (Word/reputed company/Outlook)
• Clear oral communication skills
• Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
• Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of previous call center experience

• Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Physical Requirements

* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
