The Role

As a reputed company Team reputed company, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of Implementation Associates who support our New Vertical SMB merchants. Your primary focus will be on guiding the full merchant journey, from late-stage sales through onboarding, go-live, and post-launch. You'll work closely with your team to drive performance, streamline operations, and champion a seamless merchant experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive team performance by aligning daily execution with OKRs and broader departmental goals

* 3+ years of people management or supervisor experience and demonstrated leadership

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, account management, onboarding, or other reputed company fields

• Experience maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities, and ability to organize content in a way that's easily digestible
• Experience with detailed operational flows and data analysis
