As a Remote Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with our healthcare clients to deliver exceptional results. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Remote Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our help desk team, you will be responsible for account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets. You will also be required to help backlog and process new tickets that come through. If you have a strong background in customer service, IT help desk, and healthcare, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
