Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support reputed company phone, email, and chat
  • Maintaining accurate records: Update customer records, track interactions, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborating with team members: Work closely with colleagues to resolve reputed company issues, share knowledge, and provide support
  • Staying up-to-date on products and services: Continuously update your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers

Requirements

To be successful as a Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator, you'll need:

High school diploma or equivalent certification

At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Basic computer skills and proficiency in reputed company Office
