Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining accurate records: Update customer records, track interactions, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborating with team members: Work closely with colleagues to resolve reputed company issues, share knowledge, and provide support

Requirements
To be successful as a Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator, you'll need:

At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
