Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Manager Customer Experience Digital and Data to join reputed company at blithequark. As a transformational leader, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of our Customer Solutions and Digital Products organization. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and implementing customer experience digital products, data analytics, and data intelligence that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team. Your leadership responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; master's preferred

  • Strong industry knowledge, demonstrated successful management experience, human relations, and communication skills required
