Job Overview

We are excited to offer a full-time remote data entry opportunity with blithequark, with a competitive salary of up to $25/hour. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for executing strategies that support the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product. You will work closely with the Managing Director of Ocean to support reputed company development, pricing, analyzing of reputed company service, routings, reputed company performance, and supporting reputed company service issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and communicate strategies to increase volumes, maximize competitiveness, enhance service, and support adherence to preferred networks
• Assist in implementing pricing programs and review volume targets, working with the Trade Lane Manager to reputed company an ocean strategy that enhances the effectiveness of sales
• Communicate internally and externally to outline strategy, market conditions, and work closely with the Managing Director, Ocean, along with the global trade lane team, sales, and operations to communicate direction and deliverables
• Conduct regular service reviews to ensure agreed-upon KPIs are being met or exceeded
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting information regarding performance and competitive activity, submitting reports as required
• Work with the Managing Director, Ocean, along with the regional ocean management team, to promote the ocean product and support sales and operations as needed
• Manage annual budget, control, monitor, and report results on a regular basis to reputed company budget targets
• Work closely with marketing to reputed company external and internal communications specific to the ocean product

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong skillset in relevant areas, including:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry, including direct ocean experience in working with ocean reputed company, negotiating ocean rates, quoting ocean rates, analyzing ocean rates, and routing
• Prior ocean reputed company experience is a plus
• Familiarity with reputed company Office applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Business-oriented and remarkable business acumen
