The Role

As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, with the opportunity to create raving fans for our company every single day. You'll be part of a team-oriented, positive environment where we work hard to always move reputed company, but also reputed company time for fun and creativity. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company sales goals and provide a positive customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a live chat or customer service environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly reputed company of $16.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
