Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and customer-focused Part-time Customer Service Representative to join our remote-based team. As a key member of our U.S. Member Service Center, you will be responsible for answering high volumes of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats, providing solutions to reputed company issues, and advocating for members in a friendly and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and/or member-facing chats, providing solutions to reputed company issues and answering general product questions

• Determine member needs and provide appropriate solutions, including researching online issues, providing assistance with website navigation, and advocating for members
• Operate as the liaison between customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
• Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating strong technical skills and adaptability
• Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order/product/delivery issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Previous customer service experience, with a strong background in customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with typing (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm) and strong computer literacy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
• Ecommerce Member Service Agent Certification after completion of a 14-day training course
