Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Dental & Vision Benefits division, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations and drive business growth. You'll be responsible for communicating with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer routine questions, process transactions, and resolve issues. If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and field partners reputed company phone or written correspondence to answer routine questions, process transactions, or resolve issues.

• Document customer inquiries and reputed company customer data electronically to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Assist service teams with back-office support functions to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
• Protect the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders to ensure compliance with privacy policies and procedures.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 0-2 years of reputed company experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance is highly preferred.
