Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You will work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including but not limited to: + Booking and reservation-reputed company issues + Payment and billing-reputed company issues + Cancellation and refund-reputed company issues + General product and service-reputed company questions

• Utilize probing question skills to actively listen to customers and resolve issues reputed company
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional service
• Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
