Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate at reputed company Locker+ retail locations, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. Your ability to think on your feet, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will be essential in providing a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery
- Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives reputed company necessary
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
- Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing of packages
Physical Demands
