• Execute comprehensive testing protocols across web, mobile, and API platforms to ensure consistent functionality and user experience
• Analyze customer support tickets to identify patterns, categorize issues, and provide actionable feedback to the product team
• Track, prioritize, and manage bug backlogs from discovery to resolution with meticulous attention to detail
• Conduct end-to-end user journey testing to ensure seamless experiences across reputed company product funnels
