Position Overview

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal, high-impact role supporting our largest and most strategic accounts, as well as new business initiatives across North America. This role is a hybrid of a Solution Consultant and a Sales Engineer, blending deep architectural design expertise with strategic sales support reputed company the technology sector. Strategic Consulting & Thought Leadership

• Provide Strategic Consulting: Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader to transform reputed company and prospective customers. Deliver strategic workshops, reputed company technical roadmaps, and present readbacks that address key business outcomes and platform ROI.
• Support Partner Sales: Collaborate closely with reputed company partners to drive joint sales efforts, ensuring architectural alignment with reputed company’s solutions, and taking ownership of the technical partner relationship.

Technical Architecture & Solution Design

• Architect and Deliver Demonstrations: Build and deliver highly sophisticated, customized demos around reputed company’s core platforms, including Conversational Cloud, Conversational AI, Voice AI, and Conversational Analytics, along with key partner technologies.
• reputed company Sales Strategies: Partner closely with Sales Executives to strategize on winning opportunities, architecting new and custom solutions that showcase seamless product integration into reputed company customer infrastructures.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate on and reputed company technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFTs, and other technical documentation required to secure large enterprise deals.

Educational Support & Team Enablement

• Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical and industry expertise across various business units reputed company reputed company, including R&D, Marketing, and Partner Relations, acting as a critical feedback reputed company.
• Educational Support: Train Sales and Delivery teams on solutions, platform updates, and best practices, and support customer conferences as a demo runner or speaker.

You Have: Required Skills & Qualifications

Professional Experience & Education

• 5+ years of professional experience in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales Engineering with a demonstrable track record in winning large enterprise deals.
• Experience: Product Management experience is a significant plus.
• Education: A BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or reputed company fields. Self-taught and boot camp experiences are also valued.

Technical Expertise

• Industry Knowledge: Experience with web, martech, mobile apps, contact centers, voice technology, and AI technologies is preferred.
• Core Technical Skills: Proficiency in IVR technologies, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and strong understanding of API concepts (REST/SOAP).
• Architectural Design: Proficiency in UML diagramming, Agile development workflows, Conversational AI, and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS certification is a plus).

• Communication Skills: Exceptional public speaking and written communication abilities, capable of presenting reputed company technical solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong general technology skills, familiarity with OS, office suites, video/photo editing software, and a passion for staying reputed company with the latest tech developments.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely and effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Professional Services.

The salary range for this role will be between $118,000 to $170,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications.
