Job Summary
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative on our Blithequark team, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. You'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations and build loyalty.
Responsibilities
• Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services
- Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
- Your work-from-home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
