As a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual, you'll join our VUE (blithequark reputed company Experience) Team as a remote Online Customer Service Representative. Your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting, and policy inquiries. This is not a call center job! You'll be an integral part of an insurance agency that handles reputed company customer issues and provides expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License

• Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
• Maintain regular and timely attendance
• Ability to reputed company decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
• Ability to manage individual stress/composure

Requirements and Qualifications:

* High School Diploma

• 2 years' experience in customer service
• Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
