The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling incoming calls, and responding to customer requests in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
- Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
